Our shop availability is currently Tuesday-Saturday 11-5 for walk in Shopping and we can provide curbside pick up if preferred as well 🙂 Covid protocols are being followed throughout our shop with signage, hand sanitizer at each door, regular disinfecting of common areas and as per the City of Calgary’s August 1st By-law masks are required.
Most Items are sold either as a Final Sale (items not taken out on Trial or are very discounted are considered a Final Sale) or if you would like to verify first that they are appropriate they can be taken out on our 7 day trial (items outside of Canada are Final Sale Only) with a pre-authorized Credit Card or Cash (No Debit or e-transfer) for the full amount of the item(s) plus GST .
We also offer shipping and as we are 100% consignment we do not offer flat rate shipping and prefer to ship with Canada Post but other shipping providors are available at your request. The size of the packaging is reduced as much as we can as the cost of shipping is based on the size and weight of the item(s). The total cost of shipping and insurance (highly recommended to cover potential shipping damage as the item is under your full care and responsibility while in transit but it is not mandatory) are your responsibility to cover in both directions if anything needs to be returned from trial. For items shipped within Canada our 7 day trial is available and it starts the day the item(s) arrives and is available for pick up at the Post Office, not the day it is picked up. For item(s) that need to be returned to us, we must receive the tracking number before the close of the Trial Due Date (7th) day. The shipping and insurance estimate is adjusted once it has been processed at the post office and is most often less than the online quote through the Canada Post website.

We are also now accepting CLEAN items in fair condition by advance appointment Tuesday – Saturday 1-4, bookings can be made through our appointment scheduler in the “Consigning” Tab.
Additional parking is available at the back of the shop for Large Drop Offs and Trailer Parking. If you are stopping by with your horse trailer, please park in our back parking lot against the fence – Easy access to loop to/from 48th Street or 50th Street
**** Our location is not set up to have horses brought to our shop to try on saddles. To do so is entirely at your own risk and liability as we are located in an industrial area surrounded by major highways and horses are always unpredictable. If distance and time are an issue in your saddle search we recommend making arrangements at one of the many nearby stables to try on and test-ride saddle(s) (that we can help narrow down the search for) in a safe, horse-friendly environment.
